Hey There, I'm Michelle!
I spent a good part of my 20’s constantly on the go as a distraction to feeling a little lost, reactive to my emotions, disconnected from myself, and unhappy in work. “Work hard, play hard” I told myself. I didn’t know what it was, but I knew something was off.
I started going to hot yoga on the way home from work (because, brrrr, winters!) and it instantly felt so uncomfortable yet so profound at the same time.
Uncomfortable, because I had spent so much time looking outside myself I had to learn how to be present with myself, my inner voice, emotions, conditioning. And yet I knew this was something I needed and I kept returning to my mat.
Through years of diving into yoga, meditation and breath practices, I keep coming closer to knowing and accepting myself, responding vs. reacting, finding an inner steadiness and saying yes to what's for me and no to what's not.
It's a forever journey, and one I'm so happy to share and continue on with you! 💗

The best results arise from steady and compassionate living. Mindfulness, here, is about more than tapping into your inner calm and reducing stress. It’s about being at ease with being your truest self; enjoying each present moment in its fullness; and being able to slow down and support yourself in building your dreams and creating your authentic experience in life.
