Double Thin Line

Hey There, I'm Michelle!

I spent a good part of my 20’s constantly on the go as a distraction to ​feeling a little lost, reactive to my emotions, disconnected from myself, ​and unhappy in work. “Work hard, play hard” I told myself. I didn’t know ​what it was, but I knew something was off.


I started going to hot yoga on the way home from work (because, brrrr, ​winters!) and it instantly felt so uncomfortable yet so profound at the ​same time.


Uncomfortable, because I had spent so much time looking outside myself ​I had to learn how to be present with myself, my inner voice, emotions, ​conditioning. And yet I knew this was something I needed and I kept ​returning to my mat.


Through years of diving into yoga, meditation and breath practices, I ​keep coming closer to knowing and accepting myself, responding vs. ​reacting, finding an inner steadiness and saying yes to what's for me and ​no to what's not.


It's a forever journey, and one I'm so happy to share and continue on with ​you! 💗
